With summer upon us and our furniture sale now underway, there's no better time to buy some new garden furniture or a barbecue. Now is an ideal time to inject some colour into your garden as the summer shrubs and perennials are flowering, making a stunning display. For patio pots and containers, we also have Pansies, Violas, Chrysanthemums and New Guinea Impatiens which are perfect for instant colour.

Don't forget the veg patch as the end of summer draws near. Once you've finished the summer cropping, there's still time to sow further crops of salads and calabrese for autumn crops or cabbages for overwintering. If you don't fancy sowing them yourself, we have a good selection of autumn planting vegetable plants available from late August as well as traditional autumn planting crops of onion sets, shallots, garlic, asparagus and not forgetting all the soft fruit and fruit trees. We have managed to procure some extra stocks of soft fruit plants which are available right now if you don't want to wait until the autumn.

If you've been to any of the big flower shows like Hampton Court or Tatton Park and seen a particular plant that you'd wished you'd bought, why not ask Steve or Paul in the plant area, as we may well stock it or we can certainly try to track it down for you.
